You get an itemised, costed quotation before anything starts. Scope, price and start date are agreed in writing, not over the phone.

We are a small outfit by choice, so we take on fewer projects at once. You deal with the same people from the first visit to the handover.
Changes flagged before, not after
On older properties things do turn up. When they do, we tell you what it means for cost and timing before we carry on.
